Each year, hundreds of homes are destroyed by fires involving live Christmas Trees. Whether the source of the fire or not, a Christmas tree is a large, open supply of fuel for a fire to cultivate and spread. While watering a live Christmas tree is an excellent step in helping to reduce the chance of a fire, it cannot, on its own, prevent a fire. NO-BURN® CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD was developed for direct application to your live Christmas tree, rendering it highly fire resistant. CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD can also be used on garlands, wreaths and other Christmas decorations.

NO-BURN® CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD will not discolor or brown the needles in a live tree, nor will it affect needle retention. It is easily applied and is safe for children and pets. In 2003, the State of Rhode Island, still recovering from the effects of The Station nightclub fire, mandated the use of NO-BURN® CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD on the state Christmas tree in the State Capital Building. Take the same steps to make sure that a Christmas tree fire does not destroy your holiday.

USES: Use CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD on live cut Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, cut centerpieces, and more!

Trim 1 – 2 inches off bottom of the trunk for better water absorption. Place Christmas tree on a stable surface outdoors; make sure the Christmas tree is free of ice, snow and debris. Turn nozzle to SPRAY position. Hold 6 to 10 inches from tree surface, apply an even coat across all needles and branches, and the tree trunk. Allow spray to dry for 2 – 4 hours before decorating. It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Do not intentionally attempt to test burn treated areas. Shake well before each use.

NO-BURN® CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD is a highly effective aid in case of fire, however NO-BURN® North America, Inc. cannot warrant that the product will suppress all fires. Before using, the user agrees to assume all risks and liabilities in connection with its application, use and/or storage. Sellers and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace any NO-BURN® CHRISTMAS TREE FIRE GARD found to be defective within one year from the date of purchase.
